You can also use the open space at the back of your house as a dining room without eliminating the garden and add it with roof or canopy to prevent from sunlight or rain.
The top floor could be used as a place for watching television, drying the clothes and place for other two bedrooms. Try not to make plenty insulations, both upstairs and downstairs. You can replace the tub with shower in order to create wider bathroom.
