Minimize Unexpected Expenses

Tips and tricks for minimizing unexpected costs. We must prepare to set aside extra funds for maintenance and when unexpected things happen to our house, like leaky roofs, broken tiles, termites or flood disaster. Here are a few things that need to be notice in order to prevent these unexpected things.

Electrical equipment. You should quickly response when electricity problems happen in order to prevent bad things like fire. Turn off all electronic equipments when you leave the house and arrange all the cables and electrical connectors and make sure they are not loose so that there will be no short circuit.

Leak. Do not ignore when your roof is leaking or when its color is changing due to water because it could get worse. Find the leaking and fix it immediately. You should do the same thing when the leakage happens in the toilet, sink, or there are drops of water on the wall. All of that must be handled quickly in order to prevent severe damage.

Air conditioning. If your house has air conditioning system, then you should maintain and clean it regularly at least once a year to keep it durable and working efficiently.
